You can play SwanMC by adding the server in the Minecraft launcher.

On Minecraft Java Edition, open the Minecraft launcher. Click “Multiplayer” and then “Add Server” and enter the SwanMC IP Address play.swanmc.com.au in the “Server Address”. Then press “Done” and start playing.

For Minecraft Java Edition, the SwanMC IP is play.swanmc.com.au.

In SwanMC, you can play Survival, Economy, Factions, MCMMO and Skyblock.
