What is a Farming server?
Farming servers turn Minecraft into a low-stakes agriculture loop — plant crops, raise livestock, sell produce, and upgrade your farm over time.
- Crops, livestock, harvesters. Wheat to pumpkins to custom Minehut-specific produce. Auto-harvesters and sprinklers cut the grind once you've ranked up.
- Sell to the market. Most farming servers run a shop or auction house where prices shift with supply, so what you grow actually matters.
- Community farms and co-ops. Share plots, pool labor, and split profits — farming servers are some of the most cooperative communities on Minehut.
- Quests and seasonal events. Many servers add harvest festivals, daily quests, and seasonal crops to keep the loop fresh without piling on grind.
- Free on Java and Bedrock. Crossplay between PC and mobile via Geyser. Just bring a legitimate Minecraft account.
Frequently asked questions
How do I join a Farming server on Minehut?
Connect to mc.minehut.com from the Minecraft Java multiplayer menu, then pick a Farming server from the list above and join it through the Minehut lobby with /server <name>. From Bedrock Edition, connect to bedrock.minehut.com on port 19132.
How is Farming different from a regular Survival server?
Survival is the broad Minecraft loop — gather, build, defend. Farming servers narrow that loop to agriculture: custom crops, livestock breeding, auto-harvesters, and a market economy on top. If you mostly want to farm and trade, a dedicated Farming server gives you tooling community survival servers don't.
Can I make my own Farming server?
Yes — Minehut hosts community servers free of charge. Spin up a server in under a minute and install a farming or custom-crops plugin from the in-panel marketplace. See /server-plans for paid tiers.
Are these Farming servers free?
Yes. Every Farming server listed here is free to play on Minehut. You only need a legitimate Minecraft Java or Bedrock account.
