You can play Putty | Survival by adding the server in the Minecraft launcher.

On Minecraft Java Edition, open the Minecraft launcher. Click “Multiplayer” and then “Add Server” and enter the Putty | Survival IP Address play.puttymc.net in the “Server Address”. Then press “Done” and start playing.

For Minecraft Java Edition, the Putty | Survival IP is play.puttymc.net.

In Putty | Survival, you can play Survival, Economy, PvE, Towny and PvP.
