You can play Clan Conquest by adding the server in the Minecraft launcher.

On Minecraft Bedrock Edition, open the Minecraft launcher or Minecraft app. Go to the “Servers” tab and press “Add Server.” Enter the Clan Conquest IP Address play.clanconquest.comin the “Server Address” and the Clan Conquest port 19132 in the “Port.” Then press “Save” and start playing.

For Minecraft Bedrock Edition, the Clan Conquest IP and port is play.clanconquest.com and 19132.

In Clan Conquest, you can play Survival, Economy, Factions, Roleplay and Towny.
