You can play Continuity Network by adding the server in the Minecraft launcher.

On Minecraft Java Edition, open the Minecraft launcher. Click “Multiplayer” and then “Add Server” and enter the Continuity Network IP Address continuitycraft.net:25552 in the “Server Address”. Then press “Done” and start playing.

For Minecraft Java Edition, the Continuity Network IP is continuitycraft.net:25552.

In Continuity Network, you can play Vanilla, Survival, KitPvP, PvE and PvP.
