You can play Dream Survival by adding the server in the Minecraft launcher.

On Minecraft Java Edition, open the Minecraft launcher. Click “Multiplayer” and then “Add Server” and enter the Dream Survival IP Address dreamsmp.mc-srv.com in the “Server Address”. Then press “Done” and start playing.

For Minecraft Java Edition, the Dream Survival IP is dreamsmp.mc-srv.com.
