You can play Faded Survival by adding the server in the Minecraft launcher.

On Minecraft Java Edition, open the Minecraft launcher. Click “Multiplayer” and then “Add Server” and enter the Faded Survival IP Address 198.55.127.137:25633 in the “Server Address”. Then press “Done” and start playing.
