You can play Zombie Surge by adding the server in the Minecraft launcher.

On Minecraft Java Edition, open the Minecraft launcher. Click “Multiplayer” and then “Add Server” and enter the Zombie Surge IP Address zsurge.ddns.net:25624 in the “Server Address”. Then press “Done” and start playing.
