You can play DreamCraft Network by adding the server in the Minecraft launcher.

On Minecraft Java Edition, open the Minecraft launcher. Click “Multiplayer” and then “Add Server” and enter the DreamCraft Network IP Address playdreamcraft.com in the “Server Address”. Then press “Done” and start playing.

For Minecraft Java Edition, the DreamCraft Network IP is playdreamcraft.com.
